Mustard Face Mask Recipe
Face is the most exposed part of the body. Dirt, pollution and excess oil clogs skin pores, making it difficult to breathe. If you want to have radiant skin, then you must cleanse it regularly. This homemade mustard face mask is affordable and effective.
Take grainy mustard and spread it over your face, prior to this cleanse your face with lukewarm water. Massage in circular motion and leave it for 15 minutes. Then wipe it off using washcloth.
Alternatively you can mix Bengal gram flour, curd, lemon juice and mustard oil in required quantities. Apply topically on prewashed face and rinse it off after 15 minutes. Repeat the process twice in a week. Or mix coconut oil with mustard oil and topically massage over skin.
